Scott had a nice day yesterday. He had pancakes for breakfast, got a magazine and a book and got to tinker with his motorcycle all morning. Then he took the boys to a monster truck rally and played hockey at night. All in all, a perfect dad type day. The only thing he didn't get to do was fly.
Today I make Audrey's birthday cake, buy her a gift, card and prepare for the bbq to be held in her honour tomorrow night. I've somehow got to do this around dragonboat practice tonight. Thank goodness for 24 hour stores. Whew. Tell me again how this mum gig is a cinch...
